Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf City Center

Very spacious and clean number, there were even enough space for our morning yoga. Has an electric kettle with free tea & coffee and a bottle of mineral water. Friendly personnel at the reception. Good location. Free wi-fi. In general - this number have had everything we needed and we were totally satisfied with it.

Our room was upgraded by the hotel and its excellent. The room is comfortable, clean and cozy so we can had a good rest. The location is amazing, near the main station and walking distance to the famous shopping area. We were traveling to 4 cities in Germany and this hotel was the best that we had stayed, which the breakfast had various food and beverages with amazing helpful staffs in the restaurant and receptionist as well. I liked the staff working in the hotel. Tifani at the front desk was very helpful, smart, polite and knowledgeable.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. It was adorable how the cleaning staff put our friend's mascot on the side of the pillow with care. The staff at the front desk was also helpful and friendly.

The Hotel is a 5 min walk from the train station. I walked there alone at 6am and 10pm and felt comfortable and safe. The room furniture was dated but the room was clean and quite spacious. Breakfast (12 Euros) was excellent.
