It was a really big room with additional table, armchairs, chairs, comfortable bed, fridge and set of tea, small coffee machine for a capsules. A lot of windows (view to the street). Air conditioning. Wifi. Very close to the main train station - Hbf.

My first vitsit to this hotel was in 1990. The personnel is very professional, warm and höflich, among the best I have come across during 30 years of travelling. We had breakfast on the hotel one morning. My travel companion has celiac disease. We got glutenfree bread by preorder, and it was excellent.

The Hotel is a 5 min walk from the train station. I walked there alone at 6am and 10pm and felt comfortable and safe. The room furniture was dated but the room was clean and quite spacious. Breakfast (12 Euros) was excellent.

The Hotel is very centric only 10 mins from the main train station Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof Also good tram comunicación to the City centre or easy walking distancie... It also has a good buffet breakfast and a nice bar and Restaurant.

- Very good location, just 5 min walk to the train station. - The room is large, comfortable, and well-equipped. - The staff cares about the customers' opinions. We were offered a very quite room with an extra-large bed as we required.

Very comfy bed, good size room with small balcony. All facilities were there. Car park on street free from 8pm, so that was a bonus.

The hotel employees were fantastic. They were extraordinary - attentive, polite and did. all they could to make my stay perfect. The Omelettes made to order were superb.

The room was really comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. The fridge was very helpful and had all the amenities required.

Nikita at check in was fantastic. So welcoming so professional and really knows how to deal with guests of all ages and backgrounds. She gave us so much information on Düsseldorf and was just super cool to talk to. The hotel is so close to Hopbanhof! So worth booking to keep travelling with cases to a minimum
